Terms of Use & Disclaimer

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms of Use and Disclaimer govern access to and use of AI Center. By using AI Center, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

AI Center is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Meta, xAI, Mistral AI, DeepSeek, Alibaba/Qwen, or any other artificial intelligence provider.

1. About AI Center

AI Center is a multi-model artificial intelligence workspace designed to allow users to interact with, compare, and combine responses from multiple AI models and providers.

Depending on the selected workflow, AI Center may coordinate multiple models so that one model can generate, review, challenge, compare, or build upon information generated by another model.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use AI Center. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this account eligibility requirement.

2. Third-Party AI Services

AI Center may connect to artificial intelligence models and APIs operated by independent third-party providers.

These providers operate their own systems and may apply their own terms of service, privacy policies, usage restrictions, safety systems, availability rules, quotas, rate limits, and technical requirements.

AI Center does not control the infrastructure, models, APIs, policies, availability, pricing, or output of third-party AI providers.

3. AI-Generated Content

Artificial intelligence can generate incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased, or fabricated information. Responses generated through AI Center should not automatically be treated as factual, verified, or authoritative.

AI models may produce content that appears convincing even when it is inaccurate or entirely fabricated.

The use of multiple AI models does not guarantee that an answer is correct.

Agreement between two or more AI models should not be treated as independent verification of a fact.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and independently verifying AI output before relying on it.

4. Professional Advice

AI-generated information provided through AI Center is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Users should obtain appropriate professional assistance before making decisions involving areas such as:

  • medical or health matters;
  • legal matters;
  • financial or investment decisions;
  • tax matters;
  • safety-critical systems;
  • engineering or technical systems where failure could cause harm;
  • other high-impact decisions.

5. Health, Medical and Medication Information

Important medical disclaimer: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or fabricated. Information concerning health, symptoms, diseases, diagnoses, medicines, dosages, side effects, contraindications, interactions, treatments, medical devices, or other medical matters is provided for general informational purposes only.

AI Center does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, emergency medical services, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Users should not use AI-generated content as the sole basis for diagnosing a medical condition or deciding whether a particular medicine or treatment is appropriate.

In particular, users should not start, stop, increase, decrease, substitute, combine, or otherwise change any prescription medicine, non-prescription medicine, supplement, or medical treatment solely on the basis of AI-generated content.

Information about drug dosage can vary according to factors such as age, weight, medical history, kidney or liver function, pregnancy, other medicines, allergies, and the condition being treated. AI output may fail to take these factors into account.

Information about medicine interactions, contraindications, side effects, or warnings may also be incomplete or incorrect. Users should verify such information with a qualified doctor, pharmacist, or other appropriate healthcare professional.

If you believe you or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency, serious adverse reaction, poisoning, overdose, severe allergic reaction, or other urgent health problem, do not rely on AI Center. Contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service directly.

AI Center should never be used to delay or replace urgent professional medical care.

6. Multi-Model Workflows

AI Center may provide workflows such as Builder / Reviewer, Debate, Research, Consensus, or similar multi-model processes.

In these workflows, information may be passed between selected models when necessary to perform the requested task.

For example, a reviewer model may receive the user's original request together with output generated by a builder model.

Users should therefore understand that information submitted to a multi-model workflow may be processed by more than one AI provider.

Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

7. Model Availability

AI models displayed by AI Center may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

Availability may change because of provider outages, API changes, model retirement, rate limits, account restrictions, quota exhaustion, maintenance, technical failures, pricing changes, or other circumstances outside the control of AI Center.

AI Center may add, remove, replace, disable, or temporarily suspend access to individual models when necessary.

8. Model Names and Trademarks

Product names, company names, model names, logos, trademarks, and other brand identifiers referenced by AI Center belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance within AI Center is intended to identify the relevant provider, model, or compatible service and does not imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, certification, or affiliation.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not intentionally use AI Center in a manner that:

  • violates applicable law;
  • attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, infrastructure, APIs, or data;
  • intentionally interferes with or disrupts the operation of AI Center;
  • attempts to bypass technical restrictions, quotas, access controls, or security measures;
  • deliberately creates excessive automated traffic or other abusive resource consumption;
  • infringes the rights of other persons or organisations.

10. User Content

Users are responsible for the information and content they submit to AI Center.

Users should not submit information that they do not have the right or authority to process or transmit.

Users should also avoid submitting passwords, API keys, authentication credentials, financial credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential information unless doing so is genuinely necessary and appropriate for the requested task.

11. Files and Uploaded Content

File and image functionality may change as AI Center develops.

AI Center may impose limits on file size, file type, storage, processing time, number of files, or other resources in order to maintain security, reliability, and reasonable system capacity.

Files may be rejected or removed where necessary for technical, security, legal, capacity, or operational reasons.

12. Service Availability

AI Center is provided on an availability basis and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, server problems, network failures, third-party API failures, provider outages, security incidents, upgrades, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

13. Changes to the Service

AI Center is under active development.

Features, workflows, models, providers, interfaces, storage systems, technical limits, and other parts of the service may be changed as the platform develops.

14. No Guarantee of Model Performance

AI Center does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, speed, reasoning ability, suitability, consistency, or performance of any particular AI model.

Different models may provide substantially different answers to the same request.

Model behaviour may also change when an AI provider updates or replaces a model.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Center and its operator are not responsible for losses or damages resulting solely from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or otherwise unsuitable AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Privacy

The handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Information about cookies, local storage, and related browser technologies is available in the Cookies Policy.

17. Intellectual Property

The AI Center interface, original software, platform design, and original service materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party models, trademarks, APIs, software, and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

18. Suspension or Restriction of Access

AI Center may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, infrastructure, third-party providers, or legal rights.

This may include circumstances involving suspected abuse, security threats, excessive resource consumption, attempted circumvention of technical restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

19. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as AI Center develops or as legal, technical, commercial, or operational requirements change.

The current revision date will be displayed at the top of this page.
