Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Center handles information when you use the AI Center service.

AI Center is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Meta, xAI, Mistral AI, DeepSeek, Alibaba/Qwen, or any other AI provider.

1. Data Controller

The operator of AI Center at myxton.com is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

Privacy contact: support@myxton.com

2. Information We May Process

Depending on how you use AI Center, we may process the following categories of information:

  • Text that you enter into AI Center, including prompts, questions, instructions, and conversation content.
  • AI-generated responses associated with your conversations.
  • Technical conversation metadata, such as conversation IDs, selected workflow mode, timestamps, and related status data.
  • A browser-generated client identifier used to distinguish conversations created from different browser installations.
  • Basic technical information normally processed by web servers, such as IP address, request time, browser information, and security or server logs.

3. Conversation Storage

AI Center may store conversation text and related metadata on its server so that conversations can later be retrieved, continued, or associated with the correct user or browser.

AI Center is designed to avoid unnecessary storage of large files, images, or other heavy content on its own server. File-handling functionality may use temporary processing, local-device workflows, or external storage services in future versions.

Conversation content is not public by default. Authorized MYXTON personnel may have technical access when reasonably necessary to operate or secure the service, investigate abuse, provide support, or comply with legal obligations.

This Privacy Policy will be updated if the storage model or access model changes materially.

4. Use of Multiple AI Providers

AI Center is a multi-model service. Depending on the workflow and the models selected by the user, content necessary to perform the requested task may be transmitted to more than one artificial intelligence provider.

For example, in workflows such as Builder / Reviewer or Debate, one model may receive the user's request and another model may receive the user's request together with relevant output from the first model in order to review, compare, respond to, or continue the workflow.

This means that conversation content may be processed by multiple independent AI providers where this is necessary to provide the selected multi-model functionality.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

AI Center may use third-party AI services, including services provided by companies such as OpenAI and Google, and may add or replace providers as the service develops.

When data is transmitted to an AI provider, that provider may process the data under its applicable API terms, privacy and data-processing rules, security requirements, and infrastructure.

Provider-side retention is separate from MYXTON storage. Depending on the provider and service tier, request or response data may be retained for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or other purposes permitted by the provider's applicable terms. MYXTON does not directly control those provider-side retention systems.

Users should avoid entering highly sensitive personal, confidential, financial, medical, authentication, or other information that they do not want processed by third-party AI providers.

6. Purpose of Processing

Information may be processed for purposes including:

  • Providing AI-generated responses.
  • Coordinating multi-model workflows such as Builder / Reviewer and Debate.
  • Saving and retrieving conversation history.
  • Maintaining service security and preventing misuse.
  • Diagnosing technical problems and improving reliability.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations.

7. Legal Bases

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, processing may rely on one or more legal bases depending on the circumstances, including:

  • Performance of a contract or steps requested by the user before entering into a contract.
  • Legitimate interests, such as maintaining security, preventing abuse, and operating the service reliably.
  • Consent, where consent is legally required.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.

8. Data Retention

AI Center aims to retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing conversation history, security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.

Saved conversations may remain available so that the user can reopen and continue them. Where a conversation deletion control is available, deleting a conversation removes it from the active AI Center conversation history. Backup cycles, security records, or legally required preservation may follow separate retention rules where applicable.

Retention by third-party AI providers is separate and is governed by the provider's applicable terms and legal obligations.

9. Files and Images

The current design of AI Center does not rely on permanent server-side storage of large user files or images.

If file-processing features are introduced, AI Center intends to use controlled upload limits, temporary processing, local-device handling, external storage, or a combination of these approaches.

The applicable privacy information will be updated before any materially different file-storage system is introduced.

10. Browser Storage and Cookies

AI Center may use browser storage or strictly necessary technologies to maintain technical identifiers, session state, security features, or application preferences.

More information is available in the Cookies Policy.

11. International Data Transfers

Some AI providers and technology service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area.

Where applicable, transfers of personal data are expected to be handled using legally recognised safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

12. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information handled by AI Center.

However, no internet-based system, server, API, or third-party service can guarantee absolute security.

13. Your Data Protection Rights

Where applicable under the GDPR or other data-protection law, you may have rights including:

  • the right to access your personal data;
  • the right to correct inaccurate data;
  • the right to request deletion of data;
  • the right to restrict processing;
  • the right to object to certain processing;
  • the right to data portability where applicable;
  • the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

14. Children and Account Eligibility

AI Center is not intended for children. Account eligibility is described in the Terms of Use.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

AI Center is under active development. This Privacy Policy may be updated as new functionality is introduced, including user accounts, subscriptions, additional AI providers, file processing, analytics, billing systems, or other features.

The current version and last-updated date will be shown on this page.
